During 10 years, we have established  a coffee varietals garden with more than 70 different plants. Our goal is to produce seeds that can be used for growing exotic plants of high quality and grow them in our farms.

We are the first and only certified farm in El Salvador

by the World Coffee Research foundation, for producing certified seeds of the varietals: Pacamara, Bourbon Tekisic and Catisic.

We are experimenting with different Anaerobic and Aerobic fermentation process

utilizing environments with control temperature and our selected yeasts.

Also working in a Carbonic Maceration process, in partnership with Project Origen.
